Program Director
Josh is dedicated to helping individuals in their recovery journey as a Program Director at Pioneer Behavioral Health, where he supports clients in outpatient mental health and dual diagnosis treatment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work at Westfield State University.
Josh began his career in behavioral health through inpatient treatment, starting in operational support before transitioning into direct counseling and eventually serving as a primary therapist. His approach blends clinical knowledge with empathy, ensuring that clients feel supported not only in their recovery but also in their growth as whole individuals.
Outside of his professional work, Josh continues to expand his knowledge through his graduate studies, research, and collaboration with colleagues in the field. He is passionate about contributing to the evolving landscape of behavioral health, with the goal of creating more accessible, person-centered care for all.

Kaiti Los is deeply committed to assisting those affected by substance use disorders (SUD) and mental health issues. Kaiti incorporates yoga, meditation, and other evidence-based practices into her daily routine to support her ongoing recovery. With 3 years of professional experience in the field, Kaiti leverages her sensitivity and openness about her journey to help others overcome the isolation that often accompanies substance abuse disorder and depression.
She lives by the words of Johann Hari: “The opposite of addiction is connection.”
