Madison is a mental health professional at Pioneer Behavioral Health, where she supports individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring challenges. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Bellevue University, working toward licensure as a therapist. With experience across multiple levels of care—including detoxification, Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)—she brings a strong, well-rounded clinical perspective to her work.

Throughout her career, Madison has worked with diverse populations, beginning with children, then supporting individuals navigating substance use disorders, and later working within the Massachusetts correctional system. These experiences have shaped a compassionate, structured, and person-centered approach that emphasizes accountability, skill-building, and meaningful change. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment where individuals feel empowered to grow and sustain their recovery.
