Keith Stanley, LICSW, is the Clinical Director at Pioneer Behavioral Health, where he leads with a deep commitment to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. He holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Salem State University and brings over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field.
Keith’s professional background includes extensive work in both individual and family counseling, where he developed a strong clinical foundation and a person-centered approach. He is passionate about helping clients recover, grow, and regain a sense of purpose. His leadership is grounded in the use of evidence-based treatment models, which he integrates into programming to enhance outcomes and promote long-term wellness.
Dedicated, compassionate, and results-driven, Keith continues to advocate for comprehensive, effective care that meets clients where they are and empowers them to move forward.

Josh is dedicated to helping individuals in their recovery journey as a Program Director at Pioneer Behavioral Health, where he supports clients in outpatient mental health and dual diagnosis treatment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work at Westfield State University.
Josh began his career in behavioral health through inpatient treatment, starting in operational support before transitioning into direct counseling and eventually serving as a primary therapist. This progression gave him a unique, well-rounded perspective—seeing firsthand both the structural and clinical sides of care. Through these experiences, he developed a strong appreciation for the complexity of recovery and the importance of meeting individuals where they are.
At the heart of Josh’s work is a belief that healing begins with connection. He is driven by a deep commitment to fostering trust, empowering clients to discover their strengths, and helping them navigate challenges with compassion and resilience. His approach blends clinical knowledge with empathy, ensuring that clients feel supported not only in their recovery but also in their growth as whole individuals.
Outside of his professional work, Josh continues to expand his knowledge through his graduate studies, research, and collaboration with colleagues in the field. He is passionate about contributing to the evolving landscape of behavioral health, with the goal of creating more accessible, person-centered care for all.

Kaiti Los is deeply committed to assisting those affected by substance use disorders (SUD) and mental health issues. With personal experiences of substance abuse disorder and chronic depression, and having witnessed its impact on close family members, Kaiti dedicated herself to the path of recovery. This journey included various treatment settings, especially following the tragic loss of her father to the disease. Despite being labeled a chronic relapser, Kaiti maintained hope and has achieved long-term recovery. Kaiti incorporates yoga, meditation, and other evidence-based practices into her daily routine to support her ongoing recovery. With 3 years of professional experience in the field, Kaiti leverages her sensitivity and openness about her journey to help others overcome the isolation that often accompanies substance abuse disorder and depression.
She lives by the words of Johann Hari: “The opposite of addiction is connection.”
Courtney holds a Master’s degree from Smith College School for Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Prior to Courtney’s current role with Pioneer Behavioral Health, Courtney was the Clinical Director at CHD’s Aster House, a dual-diagnosis recovery home in South Hadley serving people with moderate to severe mental health and substance use challenges. Courtney also served as a Clinical Team Lead with BHN’s Adult Community Clinical Services in Westfield, a group therapist at MiraVista Behavioral Health Hospital in Holyoke, and a therapist at the VA in Greenfield.
Courtney works with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Courtney specializes in working with clients who use substances, food, spending, sex, relationships, or work to cope with the symptoms of complex trauma and other mental health conditions. Courtney is trained in EMDR, IFS, 12-Step Recovery, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to healing.
Courtney helps clients let go of what is no longer helping them and build tools that support who they are becoming. Courtney brings warmth, humor, honesty, and deep compassion to the work. Courtney is not afraid to go to the hard places with clients. Working with Courtney provides a space where clients can be their full selves—messy, brilliant, hurting, and healing.
